Article 1: Reservations
Reservations for our private tours or public tours, or Taxi transfer can be made online through our website, by telephone, by WhatsApp or by email at rossitoursnl@gmail.com
We will confirm all bookings tour or taxi via email after the reservetion is considered valid. A reservation is considered valid only after prepayment or full payment recived, according to the agreements during the booking procedure. If we don't receive a prepayment will render the reservation invalid.
Changes to your reservation can be made till 7 days before the scheduled pickup time otherwise we cannot make changes to your booking.
We will endeavour to secure a vehicle and driver. In the event of unavailability, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If we are unable to reach you, we will provide the alternative vehicle for your tour, or we can cancel the booking and provide a full refund.
Payments and pre-payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer at our accout bank and the full amount must be received.
In case of pre-payment the rest amount left can be paid at the driver/guide in cash, credit or debit card before the departure.
Article 2: responsibility and behavior

Consumption of personal food or beverages, smoking, are strictly prohibited within the vehicles. It is only allowed to drink bottled water with a cap. A cleaning fee of €300 will be charged for any sickness inside the vehicle.
The customer is always responsible for their own safety, personal items and the behavior during the tour. Rossi tours is not responsible for items lost within our vehicles or during the tour.
Article 3: No show
In case of a no-show, at pick-up at the Hotel or at the pre-established collection point, the driver/guide can wait just 1 hour in case of no show of if is unable o contact you, the full amount will be charged with no refund. In case is able to contact you the tour will be start on delay and will finish on the scheduled end time.
If your driver is more than 45 minutes late, you will receive a 25% discount on your tour or 2 free hour on your sightseeing tour, except in cases of force majeure.
Article 4 : Cancellation & force majeure
Cancellations made at least 15 days in advance of the scheduled departure incur no fee. Cancellations made between 15-7 days of the departure will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7-3 days of the departure will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of the departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In case by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, unexpected traffic jams, breakdowns, police checkpoints, terrorism, extreme weather conditions, or a malfunctioning issues, we are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations and your booking will be not refund.
